FWARC Board of Trustees

The officers of this club shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board of Trustees shall consist of the current officers, and three Trustees elected at large. The outgoing President will continue to serve on the Board of Trustees as an advisor for a period not to exceed one year after their Presidency.

Club Meetings

The FWARC Board of Trustees meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6pm, just prior to the general club meeting. The general club meetings start at 7pm shortly after the board of trustees meeting. The BOT meetings and the general club meetings are open to the public. No membership or ham radio license required.

3.1. Elections and terms of office
Elections will be held during the annual May meeting of each year. Each elected office will have a term of two years with the President, Secretary, Trustee 1, and Trustee 3 being elected on odd years and Vice President, Treasurer, and Trustee 2 being elected on even years.
