2026 World Cup Special Event Stations On-The-Air

Amateur radio operators across the United States, Canada, and Mexico will be taking to the airwaves this summer with special event callsigns to celebrate the 2026 World Cup Soccer Tournament.  This on-the-air operating event invites hams everywhere to join the excitement on VHF, UHF, and HF, on both analog and digital modes.  With 16 host cities participating, ham radio operators can chase and collect all 16 exclusive QSL cards, each one highlighting the unique character of its World Cup location.  Click on the link below to view activation dates, locations, and detailed operating schedules and activities for the events you’re pursuing.
