for the FWARC
The Federal Way Amateur Radio Club was organized not only to promote radio
communications and advance the general interest of Amateur Radio in
the community, but also to support emergency communications, the City of Federal
Way's Neighborhood Emergency Teams (NET) program, and public service events.
The Federal Way Amateur Radio Club meets on the second Thursday of each
month at 7:00pm in the Federal Way Church of Christ's
Teen Center. The Teen Center is located at 29904 Military Road
South in Federal Way.
The FWARC also offers a "Hams & Eggs" breakfast each month
on the 4th Saturday at the Old
Country Buffet. Amateur Radio Class are offered on a regular basis.
