The Federal Way Amateur
Radio Club was organized not only to promote radio
communications and advance the general
interest of Amateur Radio in the community, but also to
support emergency communications, the City of Federal Way's
Neighborhood Emergency Teams (NET) program, and public service
events.
The NET program was
commissioned by the City of Federal Way to empower neighborhoods
to organize their resources to prepare and survive a disaster.
You may find out more information about the Neighborhood
Emergency Team program by contacting Jennifer Teeler
